I love the idea that if you're entitled to care and you get hurt while your insurance company delays that care that they owe you something. They've been open about the ways they abuse the system in order to deny people care that they paid for and are entitled to. The basic agreement at the center of our society is that you get what you pay for, but these companies seem to think that negotiations begin once they have your money in their pocket and they need to make the process of actually getting what you paid for as difficult as possible hoping you'll burn out and give up. They need to be held to account for that.
